New Issue: JPMorgan prices $248,000 13% autocallable contingent interest notes on MerQube US Tech+

Chicago, May 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $248,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due Oct. 5, 2026 linked to MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 13%, paid quarterly, if the underlying index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related quarterly observation date.
The securities will be called automatically starting Sept. 30, 2022 if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.
At maturity the payout will be par unless the underlying index closes below its 60% trigger level in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
