Chicago, May 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.6 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Oct. 1, 2026 linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon of 8.75% per annum if the index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier level on the determination date for that period. Any previously unpaid coupons will be paid whenever a coupon payment is made.
The notes will be called at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date after one year.
If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the index closes below its 50% trigger value, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index finishes below its initial level.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
