Columbus, Ohio, March 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.04 million of 0% uncapped dual directional accelerated barrier notes March 1, 2027 linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times any index gain.
If the index falls or finishes at or above 58% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.
