New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1 million autocallable contingent interest notes on MerQube US Tech+

By Kiku Steinfeld

Chicago, Oct. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Sept. 29, 2026 linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon of 9.25% per annum if the index closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier level on the determination date for that period.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date other than the first through third and final dates.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the index closes below its 50% trigger value, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index finishes below its initial level.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
