S&P rates Blue Owl notes BBB

S&P said it rated Blue Owl Finance LLC’s planned senior unsecured notes due 2032 BBB.

Blue Owl Capital Holdings LP, Blue Owl Capital Carry LP, Owl Rock Capital Group LLC, Dyal Capital Holdings LLC, Owl Rock Capital GP Holdings LP and Dyal GP Holdings LLC will guarantee the notes.

The proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, which may include funding any future strategic acquisitions or related growth initiatives.

The outlook is stable.
