Moody’s to give StoneX notes Ba3

Moody’s Investors Service said it will rate StoneX Group Inc.’s $550 million of seven-year notes Ba3 once the offering closes.

The agency concurrently affirmed StoneX’s Ba3 issuer and senior unsecured ratings.

The proceeds will be used to help refinance its $350 million 8 5/8% of senior secured notes due June 15, 2025, and pay down the amount outstanding under its revolving credit facility.

The outlook remains stable.
