Moody's rates Shandong Finance bonds A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 senior unsecured rating to the proposed bonds to be issued by SFG International Holdings Co. Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Finance Investment Group Co., Ltd.

The A2 rating for the senior unsecured bonds reflects the guarantee from Shandong Finance Investment and that the guaranteed bonds are ranked equally with Shandong Finance Investment's other senior unsecured obligations, the agency said.

Shandong Finance Investment plans to use the proceeds for project investment and to supplement the company's working capital.

The outlook is stable.
