S&P rates Global Infrastructure notes BB-

S&P said it rated Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc.’s planned $300 million of 10-year senior unsecured notes a BB- rating with a 4 recovery rating. The 4 recovery rating indicates average (30%-50; rounded estimate: 45%) recovery in default. The agency also affirmed the BB- ratings on GISI and its $400 million of notes.

GISI will use the proceeds to fund acquisitions.

The outlook is stable.
