EQT talks €1.5 billion of six-, 10-year sustainability-linked notes

Concord, N.H., March 30 – EQT AB was talking a €1.5 billion offering of sustainability-linked notes in dual tranches due in six years and 10 years, according to a market source and a notice published by the London Stock Exchange.

The €750 million tranche of six-year notes was being talked to yield in the mid-swaps plus 135 basis points area and the €750 million tranche of 10-year notes was being talked to yield in the mid-swaps plus 170 bps area.

The amount of orders in the combined books was in excess of €3.5 billion, which was evenly split between the two tranches, at the time guidance was released.

The joint lead bookrunners for the offering are Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, J.P. Morgan SE, Nordea Bank Abp and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB.

The global investment organization is based in Sweden.
