New Issue: Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund places $25 million 5.79% 10-year notes

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 10 – Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, Inc. completed a private placement of $25 million of 5.79% 10-year senior notes, series VV, according to a press release.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing leverage and for general corporate purposes.
Kayne Anderson is a Houston-based investment company.
