New Issue: Shangrao Innovation Industry sells $68 million 2% three-year bonds

Concord, N.H., April 27 – Shangrao Innovation Industry Investment Group Co. Ltd. issued $68 million 2% three-year credit-enhanced bonds on Tuesday, according to an exchange notice.

Tensant Securities Ltd., Zhongtai International Securities Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Ltd., ICBC International Securities Ltd., Bank of China Ltd., Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co. Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, CNCB (Hong Kong) Capital Ltd., Industrial Bank Co. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, DBS Bank Ltd., China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Silk Road International Capital Ltd., China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd. and Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Listing of the bonds on the Singapore Exchange Ltd. will be effective on Wednesday.

The industrial engineering and construction company is based in Shangrao, China.
