New Issue: GS Finance sells $2.15 million autocallable index-linked notes on Momentum Builder

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 31 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.15 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Oct. 25, 2028 tied to the GS Momentum Builder Focus ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a 15.8% annual call premium if the index closes at or above its call level, 100.75% of the initial level on the first observation date, on any annual observation date. The call level steps up by 50 basis points every year.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.
