New Issue: JPMorgan prices $100,000 capped buffered notes linked to iShares Global Clean Energy ETF

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $100,000 of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Oct. 12, 2023 linked to the iShares Global Clean Energy ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 22.7%.

If the final share price is less than the initial share price by up to 35%, the payout will be par.

If the final share price is less than the initial share price by more than 35%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is less than the initial share price.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
