New Issue: JPMorgan sells $560,000 capped accelerated barrier notes on Global Clean Energy

Chicago, May 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $560,000 of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due April 28, 2023 linked to the iShares Global Clean Energy ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus twice the gain, with the payout up to a maximum return of 36%.

If the ETF finishes flat or declines by up to 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any decline.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
