SiriusPoint on deck for tier 3 note offering

Buffalo, N.Y., March 22 – SiriusPoint Ltd. is expected to complete two days of fixed income investor calls on Friday, according to a market source.

The company intends to offer Securities and Exchange Commission-registered tier 3 notes.

SiriusPoint, formerly named Third Point Reinsurance Ltd., is an international specialty insurance and reinsurance company created from the combination of a subsidiary of the company with Sirius Group. Principal offices are in Pembroke, Bermuda.
