Fitch gives Science City notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Science City (Guangzhou) Investment Group Co., Ltd.'s (SCI Group) planned U.S. dollar senior unsecured green bond a BBB rating.

“The proposed notes will constitute SCI Group's direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured obligations and will rank at least pari passu with its other present and future unsecured and unsubordinated obligations. Hence, the proposed bond is rated at the same level as SCI Group's long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating (IDR),” Fitch said in a press release.

The outlook is stable.
