New Issue: JPMorgan prices $126,000 digital contingent buffered notes on Brent Crude Oil Futures

Chicago, May 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $126,000 of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due Feb. 29, 2024 linked to the Brent Crude Oil Futures Contract, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the commodity gains or falls by no more than its 40% contingent buffer the payout at maturity will be par plus 14.9%. The payout will be par less the decline in the commodity if it finishes below the contingent buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
