New Issue: JPMorgan prices $255,000 digital barrier notes linked to clean energy ETF
Chicago, Aug. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $255,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due Aug. 22, 2024 linked to the iShares Global Clean Energy ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF ends above its 60% barrier the payout at maturity will be par plus 16.15%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines if it finishes below the barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
