New York, March 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $679,000 of capped buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 28, 2023 linked to the iShares Global Clean Energy ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any gain, capped at par plus 60%.
If the ETF declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
