S&P revises Liftoff view to stable

S&P said it revised its outlook for Liftoff Mobile Inc. to stable from negative and affirmed all its ratings, including the B- issuer rating.

Liftoff recently reported robust second-quarter operating performance, marking the third consecutive quarter of improving performance. “We now expect 2023 S&P Global Ratings-adjusted gross leverage will improve to below 7x (versus our previous expectation in the mid-7x area),” the agency said in a statement.
