New Issue: Surbana Jurong sells S$250 million 2.48% sustainability-linked notes due 2031

New York, Feb. 10 – Singapore’s Surbana Jurong Private Ltd. has issued S$250 million of 2.48% sustainability-linked notes due 2031, according to a notice on Wednesday.

The notes were issued under the company’s $1 billion multi-currency debt issuance program and are in addition to $350 million of 4.11% of sustainability-linked notes due 2031 that priced a week ago.

The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.’s official list on Thursday.

The issuer is a Singaporean government-owned infrastructure and urban development consultancy.
