Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 13 – Blackstone Private Credit Fund sold $350 million of 7.49% five-year series D senior notes in a private placement on Oct. 11, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes were sold at 98.757 for a total purchase price of $345,649,500.
If a “below investment grade event” occurs, the notes will bear interest at a fixed rate of 8.49% per year from the date of the occurrence of the event until the date on which the event is cured.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC was the agent.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The investment and advisory firm is based in New York.
