Victra Finance to repay term loan with notes proceeds

New York, Nov. 8 – Victra Finance Corp. (LSF9 Atlantis Holdings LLC) plans to repay its term loan using proceeds from an $85 million senior secured notes offering, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.

Victra is a Raleigh, N.C.-based independent retailer for Verizon Wireless.
