Barclays extends tender deadline for iPath Bloomberg Natural Gas ETNs

New York, Jan. 29 – Barclays Bank plc further extended the expiration deadline of its cash tender offer for any and all of its iPath Bloomberg Natural Gas Subindex Total Return ETNs due Oct. 22, 2037 (Cusip: 06739H644) and the simultaneous consent solicitations for holders of those notes to 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 25, according to a news release.

The purchase price of the notes will remain $0.10 per note.

Holders who have already tendered notes are not required to take any further action.

The offer and solicitations were previously extended to 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 28 from 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 14.

As of 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 28, noteholders had validly tendered 3,023,048, or 42.05%, of the outstanding notes in the series.

All noteholders who validly tender their notes will be deemed to have delivered their consents to amend the notes.

Settlement is now expected on March 2.
