Rather Outdoors wraps first-lien credit facility syndication

New York, Jan. 26 – Rather Outdoors completed syndication of a first-lien credit facility, according to a market source.

UBS Investment Bank acted as the left lead arranger on the deal.

Proceeds were used for mergers and acquisitions and to refinance existing debt.

Rather Outdoors, a portfolio company of BDT Capital Partners, is an outdoors company uniting brands in the fishing space.
