Eagle Hospitality unit reports $2.2 million net loss for October

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 1 – Eagle Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust unit EHT US1, Inc. reported a $2.2 million net loss on zero operating revenue for the October period, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
In comparison, the company reported a $7.96 million net loss on zero operating revenue for the September period.
The company listed $422.2 million of cash and cash equivalents as of Oct. 31, compared to $422.48 million at the end of September.
Singapore-based Eagle Hospitality owns a portfolio of corporate, leisure and airport hotels across the United States. U.S. affiliate EHT US1 filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 18, 2021 under case number 21-10036.
