New York, Jan. 26 – SK Battery America, Inc. priced $1 billion of guaranteed green notes (Baa3) in two tranches, according to a notice.
The offering included a $300 million tranche of 1.625% three-year guaranteed green notes and a $700 million tranche of 2.125% five-year guaranteed green notes.
BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and Merrill Lynch International are the lead managers and bookrunners.
The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the principal paying agent.
SK Battery is a lithium-ion battery developer and wholly owned subsidiary of SK Innovation Co. Ltd., based in Atlanta.
