New Issue: JPMorgan sells $350,000 dual directional buffered notes on iShares Clean Energy ETF

Los Angeles, June 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $350,000 of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due March 30, 2023 linked to the iShares Global Clean Energy exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain, capped at 21%.

If the ETF finishes flat or declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the ETF return.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any ETF decline beyond the 15% buffer.
