System One to launch $30 million incremental term loan B on Tuesday

New York, May 24 – System One Holdings LLC will hold a lender call on Tuesday to launch a $30 million incremental term loan B, according to a market source.

Truist Securities is the lead on the deal.

Proceeds will be used for acquisition financing.

System One is a Pittsburgh-based provider of specialized workforce solutions and integrated services.
