Stellantis plans two-tranche offering of notes due 2027, 2031

Chicago, Sept. 8 – Stellantis Finance US Inc. is planning to sell two series of notes, according to a market source.

The company is in the market with a tranche of notes due Jan. 29, 2027, talked with a spread in the Treasuries plus 125 basis points to 130 bps area.

Stellantis is also planning to sell notes due Sept. 15, 2031, talked with a spread in the area of 175 bps to 180 bps over Treasuries.

BofA Securities, Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are handling the sale.

The issuer is a new U.S. financing arm of parent company Stellantis NV, an automaker and mobility provider based in Amsterdam.
