Lacerta Group using debt financing for buyout by SK Capital

New York, Jan. 11 – Lacerta Group Inc. is getting new debt financing to help fund its acquisition by SK Capital Partners LP, according to a news release.

Citizens Bank led the debt financing.

Lacerta is a Mansfield, Mass.-based designer and manufacturer of specialty thermoformed packaging solutions.
