GA Global offers $300 million FA-backed notes due 2023 talked at Treasuries plus 70 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 7 – GA Global Funding Trust will offer $300 million of senior secured notes backed by funding agreements due Dec. 8, 2023 with talk in the 70 basis points over Treasuries area, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The issuer is a special purpose statutory trust in Delaware.
