New Issue: Beijing Capital’s Central Plaza sells $400 million 4.65% guaranteed bonds due 2026

Detroit, Jan. 12 – China’s Central Plaza Development Ltd. has priced $400 million of 4.65% bonds due Jan. 19, 2026 and guaranteed by BCG Chinastar International Investment Ltd., according to a market release.

In addition to the guarantee, parent Beijing Capital Group Co., Ltd. has also supplied a keepwell and liquidity support deed and the deed of equity interest purchase undertaking for the issue.

Joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers are HSBC Ltd., China Securities (International) Corp. Finance Co. Ltd. and China Citic Bank International Ltd.

Joining the global coordinators as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers are China International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd., Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., CMBC Securities Co. Ltd., China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Ltd., CMB International Capital Ltd., Silk Road International Capital Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch and BNP Paribas Securities Corp.

Proceeds will be used to refinance mid-term and long-term offshore debt due within one year.

Approval in principle for the listing of the bonds on the Singapore Exchange has been granted.

The integrated property owner is based in Beijing.
