KM2 Solutions places $25 million of floaters with Prospect Capital

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 22 – KM2 Solutions, LLC settled a $25 million private placement of first-lien senior secured floating-rate notes with Prospect Capital Corp., according to a press release from the investor.

H.I.G. Capital, LLC was the lead agent.

Proceeds will be used to support the company’s recapitalization.

KM2 is a New York-based provider of outsourcing services.
