Northwestern Mutual on deck with FA-backed notes due 2027

Chicago, Jan. 4 – Northwestern Mutual Global Funding is offering a tranche of funding agreement-backed notes due Jan. 11, 2027, a market source reported.

The five-year notes are being talked with a spread in the high 50 basis points area over the relevant benchmark Treasury.

BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are listed as bookrunners.

The issuer is a special purpose statutory trust for Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.
