S&P rates Quantum loan B-

S&P said it assigned B- issue-level and 3 recovery ratings to Quantum Health Inc.'s planned $300 million first-lien term loan maturing December 2027, as part of a repricing transaction. The 3 recovery rating indicates an expectation of meaningful (50%-70%; rounded estimate: 50%) recovery in default.

The agency’s B- issuer credit rating on Quantum is unchanged.

The outlook is stable.
