Fitch trims GfK, pulls ratings

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded GfK SE's long-term issuer default rating to B+ from BB- and removed it from rating watch negative. The outlook is stable. The agency subsequently withdrew all ratings, including the BB+ senior secured rating.

“Fitch has withdrawn GfK's ratings as the company has undergone a reorganization, following its acquisition by NielsenIQ. The senior secured instrument rating has been withdrawn as the debt has been repaid,” the agency said in a press release.
