S&P revises Viatris view to stable

S&P said it affirmed its BBB- long-term issuer credit rating on Viatris Inc. and revised its outlook to stable from positive.

S&P also affirmed all issue-level and short-term ratings.

“Our revised outlook reflects that we no longer expect Viatris to deleverage below 3x in the next two years, and we think adjusted debt to EBITDA will generally remain in the 3x-4x range,” S&P said in a news release.
