Ganglong proposes new money issuance for refinancing

Chicago, Oct. 26 – Ganglong China Property Group Ltd. is proposing a new money issue concurrently with an exchange offer, according to an announcement.

Proceeds would be used for refinancing and general corporate and working capital purposes.

Ganglong is a real estate development company based in Hong Kong.
