Universal Credit seeks to extend maturity of series 17 notes to 2024

Los Angeles, Nov. 21 – Universal Credit SA gave notice that it wishes to exercise its option to extend the maturity of its series 17 medium-term notes (ISIN: XS0400386123) issued in 2008.

The issuer is proposing to extend the maturity date to December 2024 from December 2023.

The issuer has requested that each noteholder agree to the extension and submit an acceptance notice to the issuing and paying agent, Banque Internationale.

Universal Credit is a Luxembourg-based pooled investment fund.
