Universal Credit successfully moves maturity date on three notes

Chicago, Nov. 23 – Universal Credit SA announced that it has successful extended the maturity date for three of its notes in its Compartment European Loans’ medium-term note program, according to multiple notices.

The maturity dates have been extended for the series 14 notes, its series 17 notes and its series 23 notes (ISINs: XS0400385661, XS0400386123, XS0400386982).

Specifically, the notes are modified as follows:

• The £22.65 million series 14 notes now mature Dec. 9, 2022;

• The £9 million series 17 notes now mature on Dec. 11, 2023; and

• The £5.95 million series 23 notes now mature Dec. 9, 2022.

Universal Credit is a Luxembourg-based pooled investment fund.
