Universal Credit seeks to extend maturity on three series of notes

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 15 – Universal Credit SA wishes to exercise its option to extend the maturity date on three series of notes in its Compartment European Loans’ medium-term note program regarding its series 14 notes, its series 17 notes and its series 23 notes (ISINs: XS0400385661, XS0400386123, XS0400386982), according to notices on Monday.

The proposed extensions would:

• Extend the maturity for the series 14 notes five business days after the additional dealing day on Dec. 9, 2022;

• Extend the maturity for the series 17 notes five business days after the additional dealing day on Dec. 11, 2023; and

• Extend the maturity for the series 23 notes five business days after the additional dealing day on Dec. 9, 2022.

Acceptance of the extensions may be given at any time before the Nov. 18 deadline.

Universal Credit is a Luxembourg-based pooled investment fund.
