Universal Credit seeks to extend maturity by a year on notes due 2020

Detroit, Nov. 9 – Universal Credit SA is seeking consent from noteholders to extend the maturity date by one year on three series of notes in its compartment European Loans’ medium-term note program regarding its series 14 notes, its series 17 notes and its series 23 notes (ISINs: XS0400385661, XS0400386123, XS0400386982) due Dec. 9.

The new maturity date under the extension would be five days after an additional dealing day outlined in the final terms of the notes, expected to be Dec. 9, 2021.

Acceptance of the extensions may be given at any time before a Nov. 17 deadline.

Universal Credit is a Luxembourg-based pooled investment fund.
