Glencore to redeem, cancel final €1.23 billion 1.25% notes due 2021

New York, Nov. 5– Glencore Finance (Europe) Ltd. plans to redeem €1,231,553,000 of its €1.25 billion 1.25% guaranteed notes due 2021 (ISIN: XS1202846819) on Dec. 17, according to a company announcement.

Following the redemption, the notes will be cancelled, and no notes will remain outstanding.

The notes are guaranteed by Glencore plc, Glencore International AG and Glencore (Schweiz) AG.

Payment will be made through Euroclear Bank SA/NV and Clearstream Banking, SA.

Glencore is a Baar, Switzerland-based global diversified natural resource company.
