Concord, N.H., Aug. 24 – Societe du Grand Paris priced €1.5 billion of 15-year 0.3% senior green bonds on Tuesday at 99.227 to yield 0.353%, according to a market source.
Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan and Societe Generale were bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
All proceeds will be used to finance or refinance investments in one or more eligible green projects.
Societe du Grand Paris is a public establishment created by the state to build a new automatic metro system in Paris.
