Fitch ups Bumble loans

Fitch Ratings said it upgraded Buzz Finco LLC’s (Bumble) senior secured revolver and term loans to BB+/RR1 from BB/RR2.

The upgrade resolves the under criteria observation designation placed on Bumble in April related to the modification of Fitch's recovery ratings and instrument ratings criteria, the agency said.

Concurrently, Fitch affirmed the company’s BB- rating and revised the outlook to stable from negative.
