Moody's rates Vontier Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Vontier Corp.’s corporate family rating Ba1, senior unsecured rating Ba1 and probability default rating Ba1-PD.

Moody’s also rated the speculative grade rating SGL-1.

Moody’s said the rating assignment takes into account the expectation that Vontier will refinance some or all of the short-term debt, without any material change in the financial leverage.

The outlook is stable.
