Bank of Georgia buys back $8.3 million of notes due 2023

Concord, N.H., July 2 – Bank of Georgia Group plc subsidiary JSC Bank of Georgia has repurchased $8.3 million principal amount of notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS1405775880), issued on July 26, 2016, according to a company announcement.

Following the repurchase, the group holds $52.5 million, or about 15%, of the notes, which will be held by the group. There are no plans to cancel the notes.

The retail lender is based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
