Shanghai Commercial plans to sell up to $350 million tier 2 notes

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 24 – Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank Ltd. is planning to offer up to $350 million of tier 2 subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be issued at par.

Proceeds will be used to stabilize medium- and long-term operations and development and improve capital structure.

The bank is based in Taipei, Taiwan.
