Moody's gives Linyi City Construction Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a first-time Baa3 issuer rating to Linyi City Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd.

"Linyi City Construction's Baa3 rating reflects its key role in undertaking public policy projects in Linyi city and its close linkage with the Linyi government," said Roy Zhang, a Moody's vice president and senior analyst, in a press release. "It also considers the company's ability to manage the financial risks of projects that have commercial exposures."

The outlook is stable.
